As everyone should have been made aware that being obese and having diabetes is not healthy. The thing is many people still are not aware that just having a “healthy” BMI isn’t the same as being healthy. You can still have insulin resistance and high cholesterol. In this episode I cover my journey through the ups and downs of my personal metabolic health. I reveal how I lost 40 pounds since moving out of my parent’s house and now maximize my personal health through the proper diet and exercise.
