I start off covering some housekeeping and getting everyone up to date with my work. Then I announce the new e-book I am putting together. This is a neighborhood sourced e-book. It will be a collection of stories from our neighbors relating to the COVID psychosis. Please see the full description below.
Our COVID Narrative: Tales of Psychosis
Mission Statement:
We are all well aware by now of the illogical, immoral, and absurd events or behaviors of people that have been plaguing our world since the COVID era began two years ago. Whether it was a stranger in public, coworker, business owner, or government minion who we witnessed acting outlandishly or directly treating us with disrespect, many of us have experienced some form of this madness. This e-book will publish a collection of first- and secondhand accounts of COVID era psychosis related stories. This e-book will serve as a ledger to remember and share common experiences of the incidents that our storytellers experienced. This e-book will provide an outlet to express ourselves and connect with others, showing that we are not alone in this world.
Goals:
- Collect a minimum of 50 firsthand or secondhand stories submitted by friends and listeners
- Stories should be about specific illogical, immoral, or absurd incidents related to the COVID psychosis, more substantial than just “some store employee made me put on a mask, the end”. Positive or heart-warming COVID era related stories are also very much welcome!
- Examples of a substantial story:
- “I was chased through a grocery store” with the train of events that led up to and followed that
- “I had the cops called on me for trespassing without a passport” with all of the information that goes with the story
- “My elderly relative was put in isolation in a nursing home” with all of the details about their treatment
- “I was fired from my job for not taking the shots” with information of how that unfolded and how you were treated
- Examples of a substantial story:
- Format these stories in an e-book, using Slave Narratives of the Underground Railroad as a model
- Publish the e-book on goauf.com in .pdf format by the end of March 2022
- Send a free copy of the e-book directly to those whose stories were published with discount code
- Minimum (amount TBD) payment via credit/crypto/cash/check on goauf.com to access the e-book download

Title of Story (Make this something to catch the reader’s attention; be creative!):
Name (Type exactly how you would like it to be displayed in the e-book. You can use just your first name or you can use “Anonymous” if you don’t want to share any personal information. If it’s a secondhand story, include, “as told by,” in front of your name, with appropriate permission.):
Date of Story (Include at least the year and month, or date range.):
Background Info (This includes any pertinent background or contextual information prior to the event that would enhance the reader’s enjoyment/understanding. This is optional):
Story Details (Be as descriptive and colorful as possible. Have fun with it!):

** If you do not want to write out your story and instead share it orally, please submit two dates and times that would work best to set up a call with me via Jitsi or Telegram so I can record and transcribe your story for the e-book. **
